With a view to attract tangible investments by way of joint ventures or private participation at a central place , East African Group has developed a modern Industrial Park in a 70 acres land(20 hectare) at Dukem 40 km East of Addis with adequate infrastructure like road, power, communication links ,Central warehouse ,Weighbridge and water. The park presently houses some of the major industries owned by East African Group like Biscuit ,Macaroni ,Supplementary food(UNIMIX), Soap and Detergent factory, Printing and Packaging Industry, and Tea blending and packing factory. As per the master plan, an area of 8000 m2 centralwarehouse is constructed to stock finished goods and raw materials of the group industries,and additional industrial sheds for new projects, and improvement of the industrial park by way of landscaping, fencing, and provision of modern facilities is underway.
